Milky Oats is a gentle herb which deeply nourishes & rebuilds the nervous system. A great tincture to work with if you experience daily stress, frazzled nerves, restlessness, burn out or overstimulation (most of us these days). We truly think Milky Oats is one of the most important herbs for these times and your nervous system will thank you. We organically grow the Milky Oats on our farm using regenerative farming practices. We plant, harvest, and bottle all by hand. We make the medicine when the Milky Oats are in their prime ‘Milky Stage’ for increased potency.
Dosage :
1 - 3 dropperfuls
2 - 3 times daily
Diluted in a small amount of water
Milky Oats is best when taken over a three month period (a bottle a month) to support nervous system restoration as it is a slow building & reparative remedy.
